BOTAS International (BIL) provides mandatory Health and Safety Training to employees in accordance with the articles specified in the Laws, Regulations, and Directives of the Republic of Turkey. Additionally, BIL continues its training activities to ensure the renewal of training, conducting audits, and fulfilling the training obligations arising from the BTC Operations agreement as required by law, thereby ensuring reliable sustainability in this regard.
For the training provided in the necessary areas, sufficient financial resources are allocated annually by the BIL management. Thanks to this financial support, training is obtained from external sources, including national and international institutions such as universities, all of which are certified.
In addition to the institution's trainers, BOTAS International also supports in-service training with individuals who are trained and qualified as trainers within BIL.
The measurement and evaluation of the training are controlled through exams and monitored by the Competency Management System (CAMS).
