The first Management Review Meeting (MRM) of 2024 was conducted on April 25-26, 2024, with the participation of our managers at the Ceyhan Haydar Aliyev Marine Terminal (CMT).
In his opening speech, General Manager Y. Selçuk ARIK emphasized the effort and interdepartmental harmony needed to achieve the 2024 targets. ARIK reminded all unit managers of their significant responsibilities in reaching BOTAŞ International’s strategic objectives for 2024 and stated that the company aims to further strengthen and contribute to national energy policies in various areas in the upcoming period.
Throughout the two-day meeting, unit managers presented the progress of strategic and corporate objectives for the first quarter of 2024, and a roadmap was set for the remainder of the year.
